Company Profile
ADU Building Co., LLC is a partnership of two experienced and talented building contractors in the Portland/Metro area; Jon Newton and Joe Robertson, providing over 54 years of combined construction experience.

Jon Newton
Throughout 25 years construction experience Jon has developed an impressive portfolio of projects ranging from heavy commercial construction, to finely detailed high-end construction and remodeling. He has extensive drafting & design and supervisory and management experience. Other areas of expertise include landscape design and construction, steel design and fabrication, electrical design, and heavy equipment experience.

Joe Robertson
Joe has been involved in building new homes since graduating from Virginia Tech with degree in Building Construction in 1976. The primary focus over the last 29 years has been new single family homes and development. However, Joe has also been responsible for designing and building many multifamily housing projects, commercial office and retail projects, and extensive remodeling and additions. In 1998, Joe started building Accessory Dwelling and Accessory Building projects in addition to other building projects.
